Action-Research Project: K-16 Interdisciplinary Educational Research

Save the Teachers

The purpose of this action-research initiative is to create, examine and evaluate opportunities to encourage disadvantaged students and especially girls and those with disabilities to consider teaching and educational leadership careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The initiative also aims to support current teachers through career and professional development to improve retention of new teachers in STEM pathways.
